Lynne Rogers

Southern Qld Centre of Excellence in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care
Lynne Rogers is a Program Coordinator working within the Southern Queensland Centre of Excellence in Aboriginal and Primary Health Care, also known as Inala Indigenous Health Service. Lynne has more than 30 years’ experience working for Queensland Health in various areas such as Adult Health, Child Health and Palliative Care. Her most recent work within Inala Indigenous Health has been coordinating the Healthy Mob Strong Community funding which consists of HOMES (home based outreach case management model) and supporting health workers implementing preventative programs in the areas of smoking cessation, physical activity and nutrition.Lynne has a developing interest in developmental evaluation which has grown since working with Samantha Togni, Evaluation and Research Consultant achieving evaluation of the HOMES model of care.
