Speaker prep room
Location: Matilda Bay Room, Hyatt Regency Perth, 99 Adelaide Terrace, Perth

This room will be available for all presenters to upload their presentations with the assistance of the audio visual technician. The technician will be in attendance during the below times.

Speaker preparation room times 
Monday 19 September 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Tuesday 20 September  7:30 am to 3:00 pm
Wednesday 21 September 7:30 am to 2:00 pm

All presenters are required to visit the speaker preparation room and provide their presentation on a USB to the technician at least two hours prior to the commencement of their session (except for early morning sessions in which case you should supply your presentation from 7:30am). This will ensure that the technician has met with all presenters and that they are fully aware of your presentation requirements. It is our objective that presentations operate as smoothly as possible.

Metro Hotel Perth offers free parking facilities on a first come, first served basis for all our guests (subject to availability). Public transport is conveniently located at our doorstep with a regular bus service into Perth CBD. Bus timetable. If you fancy travelling by train, Perth Central Station services metropolitan areas while East Perth Station provides trains and bus services that travel to country areas. Taxis are easily available at all times. Distance to Perth Airport is approximately 10km.
